5Essentials Survey

Beginning January 25th, Seminole County Public Schools’ parents will have an opportunity to participate in the 5Essentials Survey.  Your participation in this survey will help guide school improvement efforts at Lawton. This survey takes the place of the District Climate Survey that has been given in the past.

Your identity and survey responses are kept completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child.

In order to receive a Parent Survey Report, at least 20 percent of the parents at Lawton must complete this survey.  If you have students at multiple, Seminole County Public Schools, parents are encouraged to complete a survey for each of their students’ schools. These reports will be sent to schools and districts in April 2016.

The 5Essentials Survey will be conducted January 25 – February 26, 2016. To take the survey please visit

Thank you for your time and support! Please contact administration for additional information.
